is monitored daily and we will get back to you as soon as possible - usually
within 24 hours.

Technical Support Procedure For Current Customers
1. Your Product MUST be registered through the MemoryKick USA
website to receive support for your product.
2. Once registered you can email technical support 24 hours a day.
If you have any problems with your product it is
important that along with registering your product, you email technical support
describing any trouble you are having
with your product. MemoryKick Technical Support will work with you to get
your problems resolved.
3. If Technical Support is unable to resolve your issues, we will generate
an RMA for you as well as forward your
Technical Support File to our Service Center.
REMEMBER: DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS TO OUR SERVICE
CENTER, WITHOUT CONTACTING TECHNICAL SUPPORT FIRST.
4. With the RMA, we will then provide the procedure for sending your
product to our Service Center for repair. In most
cases, repairs are completed within 1 business day and sent right back out to
you.
